Yum really good enjoy eating this!
This salami is really good, I don’t eat pork anymore because biblically reasons but I used to love pork salami, this is all beef but taste the same,, do try this but kinda expensive for the size but well worth buying!

Do not recommend
It’s horrible. I couldn’t cut it and when I got help cutting it it was like eating a rock.Very disappointing.Please send me my money back.

Only if you like beef jerky
The taste and texture is exactly like jerky, not salami. It’s dry, dense, hard and VERY salty. I bought two flavors and both are the same. Way too much salt. Won’t buy again.

I've acquired a salami addiction!
This salami slaps!! The San Fran is my favorite, but the Tuscano hot is a close second. No nitrates baby, eat guilt free!! I've ordered maybe 10 so far, really great stuff.
