What are the measurements for this table?

I'd say roughly 3ft high and 2 1/2ft in length. The table is only about 10" wide at the center. Also it's very light, so it isn't the most sturdy table, especially if it's sitting on carpet as mine is.

How hard is this to put together? I hate if too many parts, and time intensive. Do you think I can sit at it, for makeup or sewing?

I was not hard to put together at all, just attach the legs and you are done. As far as the use of the table it is more to put things on that are for show and not too heavy. I would not recommend it for sewing. It might work for make up. Enjoy your table :-)

It mentions there is an open bottom shelf, I don't see it in the description. Am i missing something?

There is no bottom shelf. There is only a center drawer. What you see in the photo is what you get.

Is this finished all way around so that it could be placed in a location where the back is visible?

Yes! It is a perfect small entry way table, but is finished all the way around! I love it!
