So far, so good.
I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and her fiancée. They are both heavy and it is sturdy as advertised with the extra weight. Was very easy to set up with clear instructions for use. They are both walking daily, and say it is easy to use the remote control to set your own time and speed or use one of the preprogrammed options.

Amazing! Worth the money! Holds a lot of weight no problem
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works amazing! Never gets stuck which was my biggest concern. 300lb+ and I have plenty of room to walk. The control makes it very easy to change speeds. The handle bar is worth it. I’m 5’7 and I do wish it was a bit taller because I have to lean a bit to hold it so keep that in mind if you’re tall. I wish they would make the bar adjustable then it would be perfect. The tray stays in place and holds my iPhone no problem. The red cord is a lifesaver. I dropped the control once and had to pull the cord and the machine stopped immediately. Dead stop so be aware if you’re going fast to brace yourself. I have never gone higher than 1.3 speed on it if that makes a difference for you.

As a larger person, this treadmill feels like the reliable solution you've been looking for!
As a larger guy at 6'1" and 270 pounds, finding a desk treadmill that doesn’t break or overheat has been a real struggle. But this treadmill with a 400 lbs. weight capacity has been incredibly reliable! After weeks of daily use—over 2 hours of medium pace walking each session—it’s still going strong with zero complaints. It's versatile, converts to an under-desk walking pad, and operates fairly quietly, but not whisper quiet. The no-assembly-required setup is a huge plus. If you’re tired of flimsy equipment that can’t handle your size or workout, this treadmill is the dependable solution you’ve been looking for!

If you weight about 100lbs this might work
Product looks nice and instructions are fairly clear. The thing is loud and sounds like it is trying to destroy itself when you walk on it. I tried it and my son who is much lighter than myself and it still made the same racket. Was opened for only about 10 minutes and we started the return process. Thankfully Amazon will pick it up for free.

Decent walking pad
This walking pad is sturdy, works well, and is pretty compact. A non-essential part was broken, but customer service got me a replacement pretty quickly. This is for walking, nothing too fast. I think the top speed is 4mph. Came fully assembled. Works for what I need it for. It is a bit loud but not too bad. Comes with lubricant and a tool to adjust the belt. Pretty easy to lift up and move using its wheels. Probably weighs about 50lb. The stability bar is handy but it can be used without it, too.

Great for beginners
Was actually wanting a treadmill with an incline but also one that is sturdy enough for larger individuals (so everyone in my household can use it). Downside that this one lacks the incline feature. And not sure if the calorie count/distance feature is accurate (my smartwatch got higher numbers). After using this for a week, don't feel I am missing out with not having an incline. At 30 minutes on 1.1speed, heartrate got up to 108, did work up a sweat and definitely felt it in my legs. It has a wide and long enough walking area that my 6-foot son could walk comfortably. Wasn't sure what the white strip was on it but realized that it helps keep you centered while using the machine. Would highly recommend this for those starting out their fitness journey as it gives you what you need to get started.

Good but not if you walk wide.
I’ve used this treadmill about 3 times. I’m about 350lbs. The limit says 400lbs that’s why I got it. The handles are good for support when you feel yourself getting tired. It’s pretty quiet so that’s a plus. Only issues I’m having is the belt leaning to the side. I’ve read the manual to correct it and it works for a bit and ends up leaning to the left more. Doesn’t affect the walking as much. But the main issue is the narrowness of the belt. My feet keep grazing the sides and if you walk barefoot it hurts. I’ve gotten barefoot shoes with gripes in the bottom and sides to help. As a heavier person I tend to walk a bit wider so it’s taking a lot of adjustment and strength to keep my legs together in the center. Another note to add is that it’s pretty heavy and long. It’s manageable but will take some strength. And be careful with the side handles. They don’t lock in place when closed, so they easily pop up which is a pro and con. When trying to stand it up against my wall I lifted it by the sides grabbing the bar handles and it popped up pretty fast nearly hitting me in the face. If any issues occur with the treadmill I’ll update. For my first treadmill I’d give this a 7 out of 10.

So far so good
I just bought this about a week and a half ago, and got it Friday, set it up about an hour ago, and it runs really well, my weight of 309 pounds does not affect the speed or power like one I tried previously, And the belt is plenty long and the width is just right, the only issue I have at this time. Is that a week and a half ago it said on Amazon that regular price was $399 and I got it on sale for about $362 after taxes, however, a week and a half later Amazon is saying that it is normal price $299 and is on sale for $285, so I feel kind of ripped off on the money. The five star review is for the quality of the walking pad, I won’t let the money affect the review, however, I will edit after sometime to let people know if the quality stays the same or not!!!
