I originally had a stackable in the closet, but I wanted to downsize and make more room. I'm thrilled with the size. I first ran the cleaning mode, then ran a full load. Worked great. The only downside, is the dry mode took 4 hours to run.

I purchased this washer and dryer in January and had it installed in February. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The dryer takes over eight hours to dry just one T-shirt, which is completely unacceptable.I reached out to Amazon for help, and they referred me to the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer, who asked for the receipt, a photo of the front and back of the machine, and the model number—all of which I provided promptly. However, their response was disappointing. They told me that they couldn’t do anything because the issue was not covered under their warranty and that it had something to do with customer service, which they had no control over. They also suggested I buy an exhaust part for the machine, claiming it might solve the problem.I told them that I was willing to purchase the exhaust part if necessary, but I was concerned that it might not fix the problem. They told me there was nothing more they could do if it didn’t work. The machine has only been used two or three times, and it’s likely going to be thrown away because it doesn’t function as it should. This is truly unreal and disappointing.I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. If I could, I would give this machine zero stars. I would not recommend this washer and dryer to anyone.

easy to set up. smaller than big family size of machines. But it's still heavy to make it move around.Machine runs very quiet and many choice of washing. still fining out dryer choices but it's working perfectly. this dryer may takes longer than regular vented dryer but still great. 110V so that it is normal outlet. no vent required. it fits anywhere. 2.7cu is perfect size for 1.2 peeps. not for huge family. as long as you follow the direction; how much cloths inside, it works perfectly. quick wash choice is only 36min and great work. fryer is 30-60-90 min choice and more. I just had hard time for delivery. I paid for room of choice service. but it was not good by unprofessional transferring from truck to my unit. also no communication at all for the delivery day and I needed to wait over 6hs for this service. this service is not worth it to pay for it since my washer machine is located right next entrance door....

I’ve been using the Midea 24 Inch Washer and Dryer Combo daily, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance! The compact 2.7 cu. ft. size is perfect for my space, yet it handles up to 26 lbs of laundry, which is impressive. The 16 cycles provide plenty of flexibility for all my laundry needs, and the steam care feature is my favorite, reducing wrinkles and keeping my clothes fresh. It takes far too long to go through a wash and dry cycle.

The media could not be loaded. I was impressed with everything except if you look at my pic that’s how all my jeans come out the wash/dry cycle, they are still warm so it’s not that I left them sitting for a long time even if I take them right out they are still full of wrinkles but this is the only downfall so far. I already knew it took a long time to run a cycle like almost 5 hours to wash/dry one load. I read all the reviews and did lots of research before deciding to go with this and I didn’t see one person mention wrinkled clothes so idk maybe it’s something I’m doing, I’ll try some different cycles and come back to rate a 5 if it changes.

It was delivered to the top of my front door. Just four steps walk-up but very grateful to the delivery person who did that extra step. The machine works fine once we figure out how the dry cycle works. Works well and fits perfectly in our small space.

iT WAS DELIVERED BY AMAZON, JUST DROPPED OFF i PAID THE GUY WHO HAD THE MACINE TO BRING IT IN AND HOOK IT UP TO THE WATER, THERE WAS NO MANUAL TELLING ME HOW TO USE THE MACHINE, I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE THAT WASHED AND DRIED, THERE WERE ABOLUTELY NO MANUAL NO INSTRUCTIONS AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE IT IT TOOK HRS TO DO ONE LOAD AND THEY WERE STILL WET, I HAD TO UNPLUG IT FINALLY BECAUSE IT NEVER SHUT OFF AND AFTER 6 HRS I FINALLY UNPLUGGED IT, I 78 YRS OLD HAVE HAD THE TRADIONAL W AND D NEVER ANY PROBLEMS, I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS LITTLE MACHINE AND NOW DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO IF SOME ONE DOES NOT CONTACT ME, I AM SENDING IT BACK COD, I HAVE SHOPPED AMAZON FOR MANY MANY YEARS, I DO NOT WANT THIS MACHINE IF I CANNOT USE IT I WILL RETURN IT AND BUY LOCALLY. I AM OLD BUT NOT STUPID AND I HAVE HAD APPLIANCES ALL MY LIFE WITH NO TROUBLE. MY DIRTY CLOTHES ARE PILLING, I DO NOT DRIVE ANYMORE I MOVE HERE TO BE NEAR FAMILY.
