I purchased this steamer because I loved the clean look of the black with matching black mag light. It was extremely easy to put together and works great! The steam itself is strong and consistent, ozone function works great, and I love the different brightness options of the mag light. I had to reach out to the seller with a question and they went out of their way to communicate and make sure I was taken care of. Extremely pleased with this purchase, recommend!!!

Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. Love that it doesn’t make a racket when water low. Does about 2 facials per fill. Love the hot and cool! With heavy use, be prepared to buy a new one every year or two. It does start to leak but that’s not unique to this steamer. Even if you clean it religiously it will leak water from the body of the machine. There may be a way to disassemble and tighten it up, but that’s not in my wheelhouse.

First issue, the M8 washer was not included in the tool kit as stated. Therefore the assembly of the base is compromised and that’s one of the most important parts due to it supporting the steamer itself.Second issue, page 9 of your instruction manual states DO NOT USE distilled water. However, on the back of the machine itself the very first notice states to ONLY USE distilled water. The manual literally says under trouble and solutions, the machine could be having problems if distilled water is being used. Each rule both states that you must do this to extend the life of the steamer.How can you provide quality service to us if you don’t know what you’re talking about? So no, I don’t want a contraindicated half assembled machine that produces hot steam on my client’s face with the water substance still unknown. This is an injury waiting to happen and somebody could seriously get burned. Please fact check your business.

I am so impressed by this device! I wanted to be able to have a spa experience in the privacy of my home in between going to my esthetician. Sometimes, life gets in the way, and I am not able to head to the salon. This is a very sturdy, professional-grade device that I look forward to using again soon. My skin felt and looked amazing after one session. I look forward to all the skincare benefits this two-in-one steamer will provide. The assembly was super easy, and I was able to put it together by myself. I could not be more excited about this product.
