DEWALT 20V Max Cordless Drill/Driver Kit, 2 Batteries and Charger Included (DCD771C2)

I consider DeWalt tools to be the best made, and this drill underscores the very high quality of DeWalt products. Being battery powered, I can take this drill anywhere and use it easily. I have other DeWalt 20-volt tools, so having the two batteries that come in the kit is extremely important to me. Finding the drill on sale on Amazon, I got this drill, a charger and two batteries almost as cheap as buying just one replacement battery at Lowe's or Home Depot. OUTSTANDING value! Thank you, Amazon and DeWalt!

It’s a DeWalt drill “supposedly” but feels and looks cheap compared to what I’m used to using DeWalt wise. My pops uses almost nothing but this brand but to be honest I think this isn’t much better than the Ryobi that my son had a few years ago. It works and came with 2 batteries, a charger and carrying bag for less than 75$ so I’m not complaining. They could have threw in a 4ah battery vs the 2 it came with but I don’t need it for large jobs and the ones it came with should be fine (although if it came with 1 4ah vs the 2 it would be a better drill imho) but so is a brushless vs this one, so there’s that. I would recommend so far and would buy it again for the price I paid.

My wife bought this for me in November 2024, as a Christmas gift, which I just opened today, May 10, 2025. The first battery charged as expected and the drill worked as advertised. When I tried to charge the second battery, while the indicator suggested the battery was fully charged, it was not. It was dead/defective and not able to be charged. I called DeWalt Customer Service, since the Amazon window for return/replacement closed in January. After explaining the situation to the representative, she offered to send me a replacement battery. That, folks, is great customer service!Well done!

Great price, I got it on a decent sale. The drill does what the drill should do. Pretty good power. I replaced my old Milwaukee 18v with this as the batteries for the other are discontinued. The Dewalt charger, battery, drill and bag is easy to store on the shelf and doesn't take up to much space.

I replaced an older, obsolete 12V cordless (NiMH batteries) with this 20V model. My use of electric drills is light duty overall around the house and to raise and lower the stabilizer jacks on our travel trailer.I'm very pleased with the speed performance at the higher setting and the torque at the lower setting. My only criticism relates to the kit components, specifically, the 1.5Ah capacity of the batteries provided. They are just adequate for short drilling projects. Just beware when you plunk your $ down for this kit, be prepared to order one or two higher batteries with higher capacities.

Broke my shift lever for the bike, needed a drill. Did well with a screw strip, and the drill bits I had on hand. Drilled thru aluminum, make sure yall get cobalt tips if doing a similar job.

Great product! Well worth the money and very durable. I should have made this purchase a long time ago. Very handy are the house and out in the field. The first time I used this produce was at a storage pin. I lost the key to the pad lock and needed to remove a hardened steel pad lock. After drilling three different sized holes (moving up in bit sizes), the lock came off and the drill did it with very easily.Again great value for the money, very portable to use and the quality is excellent! Five stars all the way around.
