Doesn't taste the best so I would add it to something if you could. Use as directed as I assume one would. The dropper kinda stinks though so might want to buy a thin plastic syringe for medicine.

Best product ever!
My thyroid tests have all been normal with my thyroid meds, but I am always exhausted. My GI doc recommended I start taking this and I can't believe the difference. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks. I don't really have the energy to go walking yet, but I get out of bed and do chores around the house instead of just sitting on the couch because I have no energy. I suspect another month or so and my energy will be even better
