Q: Does this product spin?

The top two part has the ability to spin or turn, but it’s not automatic or wound up.but I'm not sure it will spin with you mobile.

Q: What is the widest possible crib rail this will fit?

1 to 2 inches wide .for a tighter fit I would make 1 1/2 my goal . I am going to use mine on a 1 1/2 inch crib . You can also make a fabric tube to cover the plastic pieces .

Q: How much weight does it hold?

Could hold within 0.25kg.I think the plastic mobile pieces are strong enough. You will need to make sure that the strings you add to hang the items from is strong enough not to break when you tie the items onto it.

Q: How many songs does it play and does it spin the mobile?

It does spin, but the song lasts maybe 2-3 minutes. I feel like it takes almost that long to wind it up
