yeah cause I left mine inside the water filled side and started to rust.. I would want extra poles too

Q: Improvement? Have they improved how the mop head attaches? It was three Velcro strips that peeled away after a few uses.

Hi dear customer, During the use of pads, please notice that 1, Make sure the pad's UP side is right. 2, Match the three pockets in PAD correctly with corresponding three tabs/clips in the mop-head. 3, Press firmly to make the pad stick on mop-head.
