Are there 2 different sizes? Or just one size? My daughter is 6months old

Its just one size. Personally, they are a good size for newborn babies up to babies over a year old. just be careful if your baby already has teeth.

Any issues with nipple confusion?

I think nipple confusion is only an issue with bottles. Babies know where food comes from and pacifiers don't hold a candle to Mama.
