Super bright! It's handy for living on our farm. Different modes for different needs. All of those modes work great! Easy to use, charge if needed and it's not too big so it fits comfortably in your hand. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this spotlight.

This little light works great! it goes a long distance. The solar charges fast and the wall charger works well too.

I've had this a full 2 years now. Every boyscout retreat, I get asked to bring ym spotlight for the talent show. That's how bright it is.... It illuminates an entire stage from 150 away. This has been accidentally dropped in a river, my kids have thrown in, and just about anybother abuse you can think of, it's been through. I'm buying another one simply for a backup if this one ever dies.

UPDATED INFO: I contacted the seller directly; they apologized and worked hard to resolve the problem with the original light. They obviously stand by their product and quickly and efficiently honored their warranty. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Changed to 5 stars.Original Review: This was very bright when brand new, but after a short time the battery stopped taking much of a charge (whether trying AC cable or solar charging). Now, with a 12 hour charge, the light only works about 30 seconds…).

Seems to be a very bright light so far, I haven't had the chance to use it out at night yet but upon reading the manual I noticed the irradiation distance is half of what the description says online.Online it also says 200,000 lumens but in the description of the light settings it says high is 150,000 lumens.IPX5 rating means it should be able to withstand water from a normal tap from any direction however where the cover goes over the charging ports where it latches is a straight up hole that you can see the control board through.Lastly the manual says to charge with 3.5 volt charger or it can damage the light, USB chargers are 5 volts which seems like a small difference but that's 42% higher.For the people saying you have to click through the settings to turn it off it also says in the description to hold the button for 2 seconds and it turns off which I can confirm does work.So far I am happy with the light it is extremely light at 439 grams which is twice the weight of my 10,000mAh battery bank. Im going to leave the rubber lens cover on it to hopefully protect it a little if it gets dropped. I was going to silicone up the seams but it seems a bit pointless with the hole in the side to latch the side cover. They should have designed it a bit differently to have that cover, the side light, and screw ports all on the same side so you can leave the solid side facing up in the event of poor weather then you could at least protect it a little. After I use it a few times and it exceeds my expectations or doesn't meet them I'll update my review. For $40 I wasn't expecting it to be amazing but I do plan on using this in a boat so the water proof rating is kind of important.
