This creatine is excellent, the capsules are small and easy to swallow, each capsule is completely full and the price is unbeatable.

i prefer pills over powder but it’s all the same

Bought this because I didn’t like taking the powdered version. This is good because you don’t have to taste the powder, has good texture, easy to swallow. I started taking creatine to improve energy level as I was diagnosed with low T3 levels, which impacts your energy levels. Taking this overtime has helped me to get back into the gym and feel more energized for a little time. It works. The only downside is the serving size, takes 7 pills for 1 serving… pills have a good size. Also it says it’s pure creatine, that’s why I got this one- didn’t want anything added to it.

Doesn't taste like anything it's much easier to consume then the powder I have a hard time with the powder and the texture so these are easy to just throw down with some water.
