Now that I am in my perimenopausal years I remembered the results I had and immediately made another purchase. I feel like I am having the same results with an addition to returning to my ketogenic diet.

Here is my experience:Days 1 and 2:I took 2 caps in the morning, I wasn’t sure how it would affect me and I was not about to put 4 of anything into my body without a test. I normally drink a lot of water (64oz) so that was not a problem for me. I didn’t notice a lot more pee-ing than my normal.Day 3: upped to 3, I noticed a nice little rush of energy, but no noticeable extra water shedding.Day 4: tried 3 in the am (4am) and 3 before noon. Too much for me, had trouble sleeping, but still no real result.Day 5 & 6: settled on 4 in the morning, I like the rush of energy for my workouts, but the scale had not budged, although I did feel leaner. I read in another review that she didn’t see the result til day 5, so I stuck with it since I didn’t start with the full dose.Day 7: Continued 4 in the morning and BOOM — 2 pounds gone, very happy.Continued for 2 more days (directions say only take for 10 days max) Felt very lean and flatter tummy.So happy with the kickstart to my 5 pound weight loss goal.Moral of the story – stick with it, you might have the same results I did, although everyone’s body chemistry is different.Next time I will start with 4 in the morning and maybe the results will come faster

I have bought this product before and it has been great! I bought two bottles initially and when I ran out, I ordered another bottle. While I can’t really comment on the effectiveness of the new bottle, I can say that the packaging is different and while the ingredients are almost the same, there is one difference. The black bottle on the left was my initial purchase. The blue bottle is the bottle I just received.Automatically, this makes me question the integrity of the product. I would encourage others to at least beware and do your research. I’m hoping the the product IS the same and maybe they just completely redesigned the bottle. However, I can’t be so sure. I will update whether or not the products still has the same effectiveness. I just wanted to go ahead and warn people to be careful.Giving 3 stars just until I can be sure that the product is the same product.

I was taking this product for about three weeks and I wasn’t effective still bloated. Still, my body was retaining as much water as it was so it didn’t work compared to other products that I did order through Amazon that they were affective in a few days, but don’t waste your money on this many pills of a dosage for not to work.

Something wrong here. Don't fall for it. Advertised to remove water. Directions say to drinka huge quantity of water with dose so, of course, your going to eliminate it just naturally withoutthis stuff; which I did. Misleading advertising. Not recommended.
