Works Really Great
The media could not be loaded. I needed a good computer, but it turned out great! I thought it would barely run email and word processing and it does this well with Google Documents and Microsoft Word. However it can even do light games. On BlueStacks it runs Sims, Avakin, Tagamagotchi Forever, Fallout, and Shop Titans. Then on Steam it runs Stardew, Final Fantasy, and even Guild Wars. Memory is low, and so I plan to buy expansion cards. In addition the power light doesn't come on so you have to check the screen to see if it is charging. It only works when plugged in at the cord. Yet I needed an emergency computer to do applications for jobs, and this one has gotten me many interviews. It is my new favorite HP computer brand.

Excellent refurbished laptop!
I spent so much time looking for a good laptop for this price. I run a small home based business and plan on using it for just that. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a refurbished laptop, but am so glad that I did. Brand new, this laptop is well over $1500.It's quick and runs great. The materials aren't cheaply made. I've purchased laptops that were far more expensive than this one and the keys fell off with minimal use. Not this one!

Unreliable purchase!
I bought this laptop and the backlight went out after just a few months of use.

Quality refurbished!
I got this refurbished and have had it for 2 years. It's still working well but has to be plugged in at this point. The click buttons are on top of the touchpad instead of on the bottom which is mildly annoying to me.

Great laptop for the price
Nice quality, no cosmetic faults except for a couple minor scratches.

Great high end laptop
Excellent. Very fast. Good battery life. Light scuffs on outside plastic. Upgraded to Win 11 with no problems. Got extended protection as backup. Great way to get higher end computer at reasonable price.

Roll the dice to see what you get
We've ordered two of these. One is capable of upgrading to WIN 11 and one is not. One came with a slider to cover the camera, one did not. One came with a 1TB SSD one did not. So it would seem that you roll the dice as to what actual model you will get. However the minimum specs as spelled out in the advertisement you will get. These are obviously a batch purchase from a business or government agency (hence the card reader) and are being refurbished.
