I'm not one to take a lot of workout supplements but I gotta admit this supplement has really helped with my runs i usually run after a 9 hour workday in a city that reaches up to 112 in the summer and I dont like to eat much before running my 8 miles after work but this supplement has really helped me through those runs.I have only tried the orange and fruit punch flavored and the fruit punch flavor was terrible I did not like it but the orange flavor is decent

This tastes great, mixes well, and is a great source of carbs. I use this for electrolytes and carbs when doing long runs and helps to prevent the energy bump. It sits well with my stomach. If I'm doing a long workout or workout after a run, I'll use this throughout the workout for hydration. For shorter runs I use the electrolytes only (no carbs).

Love this product before my hard runs. Great endurance supplement.

So, i got this product because it seems Bare Performance Nutriton does not make "Intra Flight" anymore. So far, I am really enjoying this product, very mild taste but still there and easy to drink. It definitely keeps you going during hard cardio/lifting workouts although i think it is more aimed at a boost during cardio-intensive workouts like biking/running.My only complaint is that it tends to clump up when putting in a water bottle. I usually put a serving in a 32 oz. Nalgene water bottle and keep it in the fridge until morning (this is way more water than it recommends for a servingl/scoop, but a full Nalgene is easier for me to fill & go).Generally the clumps will settle, but I've found that it is better to fill a Nalgene about halfway, add the scoop, shake the bottle like your life depends on it, and then fill the rest of the way.Very mild complaint, but thought it would be useful to those like me who prep at night to hit the gym early in the morning.

Great product! Highly recommend if your looking for something to help with better performance. I use this an hour before my long runs and during. The results are great! I am able to go longer.

Great product with no issues in mixing or digestive issues. A bit more on the pricier side but overall worth the money.
