The perfect teapot
Absolutely first class / first rate product. This was a like-for-like replacement having dropped my old one. I had no hesitation in buying the same again.

Looks good but not very practical
The item appears to be good quality, however, the spout does not pour very well af all.

Difficult to use
I was hoping for the Le Creuset legendary quality form and function with this tea pot, but alas I'll be moving on...The main issue is the handle design. When it's full (1.2l or 2 Pts) you just can't easily pick the pot up. I'm a 6'4" bloke for context, but you need to hold the spout at the same time, otherwise the weight forces the handle to slip down through your hand risking tea pouring out the spout.Other thing is it has no diffuser so tea will stew & then there's disposal (down the sink?)As for construction, it's average - a normal looking ceramic tea pot

De skickar ingen metallsil med paketet.
Att jag beställde om den 2 gånger och de kom fel vara båda gångerna, utan metallsil.Skickade tillbaka och får förhoppningsvis igen pengarna.Jag har skickat tillbaka denna och har kvitto på inlämning ändå har de inte tagit emot den.Dåligt.

Knauf des Deckels schief
Leider war bei der Teekanne der Knauf des Deckels schief und es gab relativ viel "Spiel" zwischen Deckel und Kanne. Ich hatte bereits vorher die gleiche Kanne, daher konnte ich das Produkt vergleichen. Insgesamt habe ich mich gefragt, ob es sich um B-Ware handelt. Die Kanne wurde zurückgesendet.

Fehlkonstruktion
Es ist leider nicht klar, warum man bei diesem Modell eine größere Öffnung gewählt hat. Diese hat den Nachteil, dass der Tee beim Einschenken oben beim Deckel herausläuft. Es sieht so aus, dass sie bei Le Creuset keinerlei praktische Tests durchführen. Man muss sich leider erst mühsam angewöhnen, den Tee mit viel Bedacht und ganz langsam einzuschenken, vor allem eben auch, da sie nicht gut in der Hand liegt.Ein viel älteres Modell ist da um Welten besser und hat diese Fehler nicht. Man fragt sich, warum man bewährte und funktionierende Designs ändern muss.Ich kann diese Teekanne nicht empfehlen, es ist jedes Mal ein Ärgernis.
