This pillow spray really does help my wife get to sleep and smells really lovely.

As someone who has ALWAYS had trouble sleeping. I've tried many a remedy - both natural and non-, with very little in the way of success... Even if I did manage to get to 'sleep' eventually - I'd always wake up with a heavy head and aching muscles... Not anymore :) I found this miracle product in a mini-bottle on the pillow of a hotel I was staying in. After I had finished the tiny bottle, I ordered another immediately and have never looked back: ThisWorks actually WORKS. I'm usually asleep within 15 minutes MAX with a couple of spritzes of this on either edge of my pillow. Not only is the aroma nice and calming without being overpowering (as many other similar remedies are), but it consistently allows me to dream some INSANE dreams. Not just restful sleep, but I've actually taught myself to lucid dream with the help of this thing! It is the first time in my life I've consistently been able to go two weeks without waking up feeling shattered, whilst also having the benefit of some memorable REM - EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Other sleep remedies would just wipe me out, weighing me down both mentally and physically, so that I'd wake up feeling like I'd just risen from the dead (but was still groggy and out-of-sync). For anyone out there who knows what I mean... Yes, it seems like a lot to spend on a little bottle of liquid, but it's far less damaging that putting crap into your body and not really gaining that much from it. I am in no way affiliated with the company/brand selling this product, but I am recommending it so highly because it honestly changed the way I sleep, and I'm sure others out there feel like they've tried every trick in the book to no avail... Go on - give it a try.

Bought this on the back of a visit to a hotel that had a sample of this on the night stand. I'm not one for smells on my pillow so did not pay attention to it. The husband, on the other hand... sprayed it on his and loved it. So we bought a bottle and he's like a cat marking territory! Sprays it on curtains and virtually every fabric around the house. I didn't find the smell bad --nor did I go crazy about it at first-- but I guess being exposed to it so regularly, I now kinda like it... or maybe I've got used to it. You can smell the lavender but the smell is not overpowering and it has a sort of earthy overall scent to it. Not sure if that captures the smell but it's what I think of when I smell it. Anyway, this is supposed to aid with sleep but I really cannot tell whether that has made an impact. What it has done is leave a gentle aroma around curtains and in our bed linen which is not strong. I would recommended it if you're getting into the whole pillow spray thing because the smell is not overpowering so you would not be left gasping for fresh air.

It does exactly what it says it does, and after a long and stressful day, it helps to let you drift off to sleep; quite expensive but does last as you don't need a lot

It smells quite nice. But it hasn't helped me to sleep, so an expensive fabric freshener!

Oh my, a mixed review!Yes, I think it helped me sleep. I used it on my pillow and slept like a dead thing for four nights in a row. That’s the end of the good bit.After my first nights sleep, I was delighted at the quality of the sleep, but woke with a small rash just below my mouth above my chin. I put this down to the drying wind whilst out walking my dog and moisturised a bit more that day. The next morning, the rash had expanded to cover my lower face. I started going through everything which might have upset me....washing powder....shower gel....face wash....moisturisers....., but I hadn’t changed anything. But I’d slept ok, and used the darn spray again. Next day woke up to a head covered with a rash. Still didn’t put two and two together as I’d slept really well so thought the spray was great.....Woke up on the final day and I looked an awful lot like Quasimodo, which is not my usual look. My eye on one side had swollen shut, the rest of my face was itchy and puffy. I actually dropped my toothbrush when I looked into the bathroom mirror and I can’t tell you how glad I was my husband was away as I could have scared him to death.It took a whole day for the swelling to go down, two days later of not using the spray I’m left with an itchy rash all over my face and it does feel like the skin is going to shed. So, yes, I did have four nights sleep which was nice, but certainly not worth the chemical peel I seem to be getting from the spray.I have been scrupulous checking everything and I’ve made no other changes to my life, I’ve not even eaten anything different. The only thing I’d changed was using this spray, and everything has slowly calmed down since I’ve stopped using it. Just look like I’ve fell asleep in the sun now, my face feels like sandpaper at the moment....... Wouldn’t recommend at all!!Edited to add that I’m not new to essential oils, I’ve used many and various essential oils for years with great success. I thought this would be more convenient than having lots of oil bottles, especially when I travel. Also, when throwing the bottle away I noticed the health warning, under the sticker on the back of the bottle. Perhaps this should feature a bit more prominently.... Over a week after stopping it’s use, my face is still recovering.

Lovely pillow spray. Wish it was a bit more reasonably priced for the size though. My wee bottle won’t last long. Can’t afford to buy it to use all the time.
