I recently purchased the 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm blade options for this tool so that I can tailor my approach to different modeling needs. It has proven to be a reliable companion in my daily modeling work. It carved out lines easily and smoothly, but deeper grooves required several passes with different pressures. Nonetheless, the results were impressive and satisfying.The blade is tungsten steel. It's better than I expected, quality products, you can feel the difference between those cheap ones in your hands. The anti-roll design is a good idea , remodeling use is very good. Worth the money!

Very helpful and easy to handle when it comes to panel lining.Only wish it had more colors, so i could un-neededly have a one for each blade size.

Feel, Function, and color were the most striking attributes that were appealing. Does the job intended for cutting doors out of plastic model cars. Should be in every model car builders tool box. Well made, and quality feel.

Works well

First use got a few lines in and it snapped no back up no other blades included… I thought tungsten was “strong” how’s some plastic going to snap it like a twig. Pathetic. Handle has a great feel in had seems sturdy but scared with the quality control from stedi.

FOR THE MONEY THIS THING IS AMAZING, DOES EXACTLY WHAT I NEED IT TO DO, AND ALMOST EFFORTLESSLY. 2-3 NICE PASSES AND IT PUTS DOWN PERFECT LINES. WILL BE BUYING THE OTHER SIZES IN THE FUTURE.

Very weak and not sturdy weak

This is a handy tool to have and it is easy to use. The only real problem is being careful not to break the blades, they are fragile. (Maybe I need to be more gentle?) Overall I like this tool and will use it often assuming I can find replacement blades.

Excelente producto

Handle better quality than expected and the very fine sharp point needle was separately packed in protective box. Hardest bit of assembly was taking the protective plastic cap off the new needle after installing in handle.
