These are one of the few things I keep buying on repeat. I was first gifted a bottle after a surgery and immediately wanted more when I ran out. I feel like they really work for me. Can’t sleep without these gummies! Been a buyer for years and I have tried some healthier options without sugar but they just don’t work for me so I will keep buying these! Give them a try! I just take 1 gummy and sometimes when I think I’m going to have a hard time sleeping 2. They work wonders!

Helps me fall asleep, the only thing, I might not stay asleep. Nice taste and easy to take if you don't like swallowing pills. Take right before bed, make sure your room is cool and dark.

Great tasting and easy to carry pouch. I purchased these for the whole family when we traveled. Took a couple on overnight flight to help get some decen sleep on the plane. Used each night while away traveling. Helped get a restful night's sleep without any groggy side effects. Helpful, when I am wound up at night and do not want to drink a glass of wine to unwind.

5 Star but just a word of caution when ordering. If you check, a lot of reviews state that they were melted when arriving so I took that to heart. Items come in a bag delivered by the USPS into your mailbox. It is summer time now and if your not on your game watching the delivery day and watching for the USPS to deliver into your 200Deg mailbox. That is exactly what your going to get, MuSh, melted items if left in there to long. Best to order these during Fall, Winter, early Spring time. Luckily I caught mine being delivered and were intact.
