If you purchased it from Xerox, they have great free service over the phone, and will come into your computer and help you get it going.

Q: I see that it can duplex print but can it scan both sides of a single page automatically?

I have not attempted that because it gave me a warm time figuring out how to scan straight to email, which I gave up on.
