Does crhorgr4-s come with the pistured top rail?

Hello Richard@CRHandrail. It does NOT. It also does NOT come with any post. This is ONLY for the baluster section + the 4 brackets (and black stainless steel screws- both metal & wood/siding screws). Most people choose to use wood top rail as it's easy to buy at a local hardware store and easy to have 1 continuous run. Our handrail kit must be shippable as small packages so there's design/limitation to the long top rail. Our post does come with a top plate for any top rail material installation. The SKU is CRPHOR40 (for concrete/top mount) and CRPHOR60 (for grass/side mount). Feel free to reach out to us if you need to have a design/CAD draw up. We offer this service for free so your installation can be done faster & easier.

If end post or middle post are needed where do we order them from?

I got the end post at Lowes because we wanted stained wood looks great
