Night Vision Scope for Hunting Monocular 1080P,Clip on Scope with IR 850nm,Infrared Hunting Scopes for Rifles,IR Illuminator with WiFi for Day Night Viewing

This is amazing for our visually impaired son.

Attached this to the scope mounted on my AR style rifle chambered in 6.5 Grendel. Initially, it turned itself off on the first and each subsequent shot. The 6.5 Grendel has mild recoil which should not cause this. Eventually, we changed out the battery and the problem was solved. Took this on an antelope hunt and it performed beautifully. One thing to note, if you plan on mounting this on a bolt action rifle, as I had originally intended, the bolt will not clear the clamp unless you mount the scope exceedingly high.

I bought the N9 model to do pest control at night. I tested it the last 4 weeks, and I'd like to share my opinion in order to help potential buyers. Overall, the device is solid. It is easy to install on your scope, and everything works just fine: no system crashes, simple to use menu & controls buttons. The screen does a pretty good job too. For starters, no touch screen, but you can expect that at this price range. Other than that: Zoom, IR, WiFi, and picture/video features, work very well. Customer service can be contacted by email and they will mail you back. The answered my questions one by one. I appreciate that. Things that I don't like: battery life is very poor. If you are using this thing as a night vision scope, take 4-5 batteries with you because you'll need them. Manufacturer claims a battery life of 2 1/2 hours, with the IR on. I find that claim not to be true. According to my experience, using the device in IR lowest intensity (1 red bar) the battery is completely depleted in 1 hour 15 minutes or less (provided you deprive yourself of taking shots & videos). In my opinion, for this scope to be a good night vision option, it needs to carry 2 or 3 batteries inside. Manufacturer should offer some kind of extra battery pack for serious night users. The user manual also needs to be improved and completed with more and detailed info. The Roadcam app works just fine, but I'd rather use one specifically designed by the manufacturer. In conclusion, this is a good device with not enough battery life to be considered a serious option for night users.

Easy to use and work

With having tried a lot of the other “budget” class add on NV devices I can honestly say this one is the best by far. So many more features that the other popular budget add on NVs out there lack. The digital zoom alone makes it well worth it plus the benefit of being able to adjust the brightness, contrast and exposure to be able to get a clear view in just about any setting is amazing. It fits securely and attaches in seconds. 10/10 would definitely recommend this product for anyone just getting into night vision scopes or if you just don’t want to break the bank and have something well worth the money you’ll spend on it.

It is good while it worked. But only after 2 months of hunting, it died and never was able to turn on again. Supports or online store has no customer services. Unable to locate supports. Disappointed.

I have a separate ir light so that helps with the battery but you can have a battery pack and hunt all night. Love it for the price. I do not hunt enough at night to justify a thermal. I love being able to sit back and watch the screen instead of being up on the gun.

I really wanted to give this five stars. I wanted to use it during deer and turkey hunting season to record my shots. Every time a SD card was in the slot the screen would freeze. I would have to turn it off remove the card and turn it back on again to see the action on the screen. With out a SD card it worked great. The night vision was good. I wish the IR light was invisible. Most animals can't see the IR so it wasn't a big deal. Using the integrated IR light does consume lots of battery power. I added an external battery and it was not a problem. I did not like using the tape and the included shims to get the camera to fit my scope. I made a solid adapter from HDPE. This really helped with keeping everything stable. I had to move my scope to the rear most mounting location to attach the camera. I had to re-sight the scope then I could mount the camera. This was more involved than a plug and play attachment. I eventually returned the camera to get something with a better design to record while hunting.
