Worked great for my project !
I had two of these christmas deer decorations that were covered in rust spots and I really wanted to paint them so I could eventually wrap string solor lights on them , but I needed to do something about the rust so I bought two cans for this stuff and it did the job. My husband said it was very easy to spray on the deer and it took both cans to finish get both of the Deer covered. Now I just need to find the time to finish my project. Overall I'm very pleased with the outcome and plan to buy more paint for another rusted project I have sitting around.

Works so well. It somehow eats the rust and protects it with a nice black finish. Used it on a utility trailer, some trailer hitches, and a driveway gate.

Great stuff and easy to use
Amazing stuff. I have been using this for years after a quick wire brushing for stopping metal from rusting, even when splashed by salt water. I have sprayed my boat trailer parts and areas of the undercarriage of my truck. Use often after spraying down with a garden hose (let dry), if you boat in salt water. Also holds well on cleaned aluminum as a matte spray-paint.

No what I expected but hopefully works.
Some time ago, I used some Rust Converter paint that was "Clear" and when sprayed on rust turned it black and where there wasn't rust, it stayed clear. It truly stopped and converted the Rust.This product seemed like Primer Paint and I'm not certain it arrested the Rust? It goes on smooth and dries fairly quickly. I used it to try and restore a Mower Deck. I like the old Clear Rust Converter but am not sure of the brand?
