Supresses appetite
I have found these definitely supress my appetite.I don't snack in between meals as much as I did,I also feel less tired.It says it has added vitamins but it doesn't say this anywhere on the container so I'm unsure if this is true.It says to take 2 a day but doesn't give much information as regards to ,two at once or spread them out?so I have one in the morning and one with my lunch.They taste pleasant enough,I have been taking them for 2 weeks so far.

Don't waste your time or money on these. I took them for a Month. Persevered with them dispite tasting greasy. No help whatsoever.
