Great product and customer service (specifically T Khan).The product build quality is good.It performs well on all level of dirty floors including the one having a very fine dust which does not go away by normal mopping. The operating is easy only thing to remember is to press the water spray switch while pusing the maching forward and not when you are pulling it back as it leaves water marks on floor.One thing you should note is that the unit have a 15 amp plug and total wattage of 3000 you may use an adaptor for usit this with 5 amp plug but dont use steam function while doing so.I am overall very satisfied and happy about this purchase. One thing bissell should ensure for its customers is availability of reasonably priced spares such as brush rollers and filters.

Product quality is very good. Device looks solid. I have tired few runs and its clean very well. Power is also very good for both wet and dry vacuum. little noisy but manageable. steam function is very nice for a hygiene clean instead of chemical. No worry of battery as batteries on steam devices tend to only lost 2 to 3 yrs and cost around 10Kpros:1. NO batteries2. nice cleaning capabilities3. good suction power4 .self cleaning is very good.5. two year warranty6. spares are decent on price compared to other brands which are taking lot of money on spares7. Quality of the product and wirecons:1. little heavy and noisy2. difficult/cannot for under beds and sofas3. Not sure on how good support is !!4. 16 AMP plugI prefer this vacuum for vacuum and mop and use Dyson for only vacuum :)

Unbelievable cleaning fantastic gadget

DO NOT BUY THIS MOP STICK!I’m genuinely disappointed with this purchase and regret falling for the misleading product listing.Here’s why you should absolutely avoid this product:🔴 Misleading Description: Bought this based on the product name and description, but nowhere was it mentioned that the device is corded.🔴 Incompatible Plug: Even worse, the cord comes with a 16 AMP plug—a heavy-duty plug not found in typical home sockets. Do they really expect every room to have this?🔴 Extremely Heavy: The machine weighs over 7kg, making it a struggle to lift and move between rooms.🔴 Noisy Operation: The device is very loud during use, and there is no option to reduce the noise.🔴 Poor Quality Control: I received a cracked water tank. When I contacted aftersales, they told me I should have recorded a video while unboxing. That’s an outrageous expectation—why wasn’t this mentioned on the item page?🟡 Misleading Design: The design looks decent, but in reality, it’s not suitable for home use. This seems more like industrial equipment.---Final Verdict:I feel completely let down. This product is not user-friendly, poorly described, and backed by terrible customer service. Think twice before spending your money on this.

Nice product and satisfied by the product..

Its loud and noisy but its a great machine.After reading other reviews I was a bit sceptical to purchase, but I was aware of the brand.You get used to it in a week or so. After using for almost a month I am happy. It cannot clean the edges due to its design, but that was known.I am happy. If you are ready to devote 30 to 45 minutes to cleaning your home, you can go for this machine.Suction is good.Weight is slightly heavy, machine has wheels and it is not cordless. But I am ok, the cord is long enough.Does what it promises, don't expect old tough stains to disappear.I find it value for money, if I can use it for 1 year. It gives me peace of mind.
