Do I need to use a fabric conditioner?

Following the ecoegg website:You do not need to use fabric conditioner with the ecoegg Laundry Egg as the washing pellets and the egg case itself all work together to soften the fibres of your laundry. If you wish to use fabric softener, this will not affect the operation of the ecoegg Laundry Egg. I don’t use fabric softener as I do not like that that my clothes overpowered with this smell, it is enough of ecoegg for me.

Is the weight, listed as 118 g, the weight of the pellets or the whole item including the box?

Hi this would be the weight of the whole item including packaging.

If like to give it a try but i can't find any info if the egg is recyclable after years of use and what are the pellets made of?ts

The plastic egg that contains the mineral pellets is made of recyclable plastic but should last 10 years. The mineral pellets that clean your washing are sulphate.palmoil,and enzyme free and according to the EcoEgg website are biodegradable , but they don’t recommend composting as there is not enough evidence of effects on plants or soil.The used pellets would need to be disposed of in the general waste.

Can i buy a refill for whites

Yes I have bought pellets to refill egg I didn't know there was one for whites .I thought pellets did all washing 🤔
