Most everyone over 50 years of age takes a supplement or medication of some kind daily. I consider this flavorful quality olive oil as one of my daily supplements. All the studies that I have found support the consumption of such quality olive oil greatly benefits our overall health. It has a slight peppery and smooth buttery taste. I believe it’s appropriately priced and good value.

I tasted this first through a family's member's home on some bread. I was a skeptic since all olive is olive oil to me. This is NOT! It is definitely light. It taste like olives, but nothing strong compared to the regular olive oil in stores. It also does not have that oily residue. It is delicious.

This is probably one of THE BEST olive oils my family has had. We were a little worried about liking it, considering the price, but man, were we over the moon when we tried it. We ended up getting this on subscription.To the point of the subscription... this olive oil specifies the bottling year. When that year is out or no longer good, then your subscription will end automatically, and you'll have to re-subscribe for the next year's product, should you wish to have this sent on an automatic subscription.For the olive oil itself... it's full-bodied, yet light. It has a salty quality that makes it excellent for dipping your fresh breads. We've also paired with some quality balsamic and dried oregano from our garden, and it can't be beat. Every time I have a bite of something with it on it, I do a happy dance - I think it is that good. We use olive oil in almost everything, so we reserve this oil for when the olive oil is the star of the show.

The ring around the seal was broken upon receipt, this is a non-returnable item; that said, amazon's service was excellent, they issued a refund right awayt (have to wait 5-7 business days but usuallly not). I was so impressed by the service. Thank you Jemima.I'm so tempted to use the oil b/c I've been wanting it to for so long.If you're wanting a drinking, finishing extra virigin olive oil, this on is up there.I'm getting a replacement, hopefully I can find it in a canIf you oil is leaking or damaged in some fashion; don't wait, get your refund as soon as you open it and find it damaged.Big ups to amazon for doing the right thing.This product is top notch.
