Are the refill brushes, that come with stem & brush tip, to be pulled from the short flexible handle after use and replaced by a new stem/brush?

these replacements are for brush holders that you put through a small hole bend excess wire and snap shut.

What handles do these refills fit on and where can i get them?

I got the handles from my dentist - I have an extra one and would be more than happy to put it in an envelope and mail it if you like
