The quality of the product is good and all the functions including collision detection and time lapse (24hrs parking monitoring) works perfectly well on 70mai M200

Try to find it cheaper, only useful to get a direct DC connection from fusebox.Avoid spending 2000 finding an alternative.

Received USB C adapter however needed the Micro USB, customer care was exceptionally good and replaced the cable for me!

Does the job but drains your battery dry
The product was useful and powered my dash cam well, but not as claimed. This was supposed to disconnect when the battery went down, but it drained the car battery dry and now I have to jumpstart it. Otherwise fine.

Worst experience because of no return policy
Giving one star because there is no option for zero Star. They even don't deserve one star"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from this seller. The product is not compatible with my needs and a crucial part is missing. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unhelpful and rude. Despite my requests, they're refusing to accept a return, claiming it's my problem if the product doesn't meet my requirements.
