Good for cooking. Better than aluminium or steel or coated utensilBut if cooking on gas stove takes longer time for cooking.. consuming more gas.

I recieved this in a good package.The pot is sturdy and I soaked in water overnight no colour changes. No smell, Oranically coated with starch,Nicely made. Value for Money. Kudos to pottery manufacturer.
