A bit of a non standard use for it, but it works great. Needed to increase the OD of a silicone garden water hose to fit inside of a collar fitting. It shrunk down the hose a bit also thus increasing the tension required to press both halves of the hose fitting onto the hose. Assembled while the hose and collar were hot. It all went together nice and tight. Holding together so far. :-)

Great stuff very thick and strong I ordered more definitely better than getting short pieces this you can cut any length you need. I actually used a entire 4 foot piece of black to cover a red wire I was using for ground cause I ran out of black wire

Easy to shrink with heat gun. No problems or issues.

i'm sure it's a quality item, i just ordered 3 sizes too big. this'll probably work great on a 1.5" diameter thing. i thought it would work on a 0.7" diameter thing. keeping it straight and getting an even shrink on my tiny thing was impossible. i'm sure i'll find a place to use this later, but had to reorder a smaller size for my small thing.

I love this wonderful stuff! I shrunk it onto my pruning sheer handles. It makes a nice grip.
