What is the shelf life of this firming eye cream? Does unused old stock expire?

Ru sure this tube only last for 1 month???

I cant get the cream out the tube any tips?

I would like to explain that the mechanism for pumping doesn't use a straw like most common pump bottles. Instead, it creates a vacuum at the intake valve at the top. The vacuum draws up the product in the bottle and the pressure difference causes the plunger at the bottom to rise with each pump. Accordingly, don't block the little hole at the bottom, otherwise air would not be able to get in on the other side of the plunger to push it up. Also, please make sure that the bottle is closed tightly. Please try pumping several times and let me know if it works. Otherwise I will make sure to provide you with the best solution. No matter what i do the pump does not work to get the cream out

It will be faulty so ask for a refund I’ve had this with other pump products. I’ve had this twice now and it’s amazing so definitely get it again.
