The media could not be loaded. Beautiful electric fireplace. Effect is very flame like, it’s quiet in use. Got two options of heating up (good during freezing days). Easy to assembly (open the box and connect to the power socket). Sturdy, and very functional. 2 year warranty is also a nice addition. Fantastic value for money!

Very small, but ideal for a small or medium size room. Gives out good heat. Very stylish.. Impressed for a small fire. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I've wanted one of these for a while but struggled to find one diddy enough to fit in my gap. This fits the bill, and is perfect. The flame effect is really cosy, and the heater is so effective; really warms my lounge. I'd normally have my central heating on by now but this has prevented me from having too. It was a bit more expensive than others I'd seen, but then I needed a more compact one. Plus, it's Dimplex, so a name you can trust. The noise level isn't bad; of course you can hear it but it's doesn't impact the TV or conversation etc. I'd recommend it.A couple of issues initially as the first one I received didn't work, but the replacement process is straight forward. However, the replacement didn't materialise; lost in transit apparently. Anyway, third time lucky and it was worth the wait.

Bought this mainly because of the name and the compact size to fit our small fireplace. Really pleased we did because it is a little marvel and just makes the room extra special. Really can't fault it, and not only does it enhance the room, but it's like having a little friend nearby. Good to look at, very quiet, and puts out a substantial amount of heat when required. Even with just the flame effect, it is a real stress buster to look at, really quite mesmerising and calming. Highly recommended.

This is so cute! Don't buy unless you have a small fireplace, it will look lost. The flame effect is excellent. The heater seems to be more powerful than I expected. I didn't have much choice because of the small size required but I'm rather glad because this is perfect.

Product seems Ok and I bought because friends recommended. With this model however there is no remote control but there is a useful thermostat control. You do have to have the flame effect on all the time for the heater to work which is a shame as with fuel bills going up and trying to go greener would be good to have option of no flame effect also.However I could not get any answer from customer services on something I wanted to ask or from the number to get the 1 year guarantee so not very good customer support. I contacted Amazon who said by buying through Amazon I have a 2 year guarantee so I don't need to call the manufacturer.Update a couple of days later is that I find the flame effect too noisy and also even the flame and fan on gives me a headache. If you had this on with TV or radio etc you would not hear it and it may be OK for lots of people (as friends said it was good) but personally I find it gives me a headache and is annoying. A shame as it looks really good, nice design and flames look quite real so disappointed to be returning it.
