Used it and feel it to have worked on some level, as digestion improved some. It tastes neutral, easily mixes with any drink and is well tolerated. Bulletproof is a great brand, however a bit pricey. Great health is not cheap and could be the investment you are seeking after.

I love this stuff. Really helps digestion and incorporates with coffee or smoothly like it isn’t even there. The one down side is the price and honestly I’ve found it on bulletproofs website on sale for much cheaper.

This stuff is great… however don’t put in coffee as it definitely tastes. I use in yogurt and smoothies.

Doesn't dissolve
DONT BE FOOLED THIS PRODUCT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT DISSOLVE EASILY. IF YOU PUT IT IN SOMETHING HOT IT CAN BE STIRRED IN WITH A LITTLE WORK (STIRRING REPEADATLY AND SMASHING IT AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE MUG). IF YOU TRY TO PUT IT IN SOMETHING REFRIGERATED..... WELL GOOD LUCK. OTHER THAN THAT IT WORKS GREAT AS FAR AS SUPPLEMENTING YOUR FIBRE AND KEEPING YOU REGULAR.
