Good stuff. Taste great ingredients as clean as they’ll come great value for money quality is high. Hydration is great when doing combat sports affective this is also great when doing combat sports.

So this drink does set out what it wants to do, rehydrate. The only issue for me is the 1000mg of sodium as it makes it super bitter. I will say that I felt better shortly after drinking this after a really long cardio day, however I had to drink this faster than I drink a protein shake as the bitterness of the lemon and salt was a bit much for me. If you just want to rehydrate, this is going to do it, but be prepared to take it like a big shot.

I do a lot of trail running and I'm always on the lookout for some new electrolyte powder I've never tried before. I'm really liking this one so far. It has a good taste, which is important, and hydrates well after a long run. Energy levels seem to come back nicely after using this as well.Overall, this is a great electrolyte powder. It works really well and is worth every penny they're asking for it. Try some for yourself!

Tastes okay. Does a pretty good job in assisting hydration. Mixes well without a shaker bottle.

Its not tolerated well, tastes terrible and hurts my stomach, ill stay dehydrated

I thought this might be a good lemonade-type replacement for my normal water intake. It's like salty bitter Gatorade. So if you've worked out and need to replace electrolyte this is good for that but it's no sipping drink. Just down that thing and go about your day.

I use this Electrolytes Powder for the long hiking trips. This powder dissolves well. It rehydrate instantly, has a pleasant taste and very convenient packaging. This little stick packs doesn't take space even in the pocket. Very good product.

The drink mix does a good job of dissolving, and the taste is a little sweet, even watered down a little bit with a higher volume of water per packet. I like all the electrolytes one packet has, but I'm not as big a fan of the 5g of added sugar in each packet - I'd prefer just pure electrolytes.
