how does this work? I have a front load HE washer. Do I put it in the actual washer drum with the clothes or into the detergent dispenser on top?

These work great. Front load or top load. Put the soap sheet in the washer first then load the clothes. They do have a scent but it’s not very strong. Clothes are clean. No mess or heavy liquids or half desolved pods.
