Since I spend many hours sitting, I use it to stretch and do relaxation exercises, and it really helps with tension in my legs and back.It comes with a strap, which makes it easy to store and carry, and the size is great even if you’re tall.Just be aware that it can get slightly slippery on smooth floors, especially if you sweat. For that reason, I recommend not leaving it laid out all the time on slick surfaces, as it might shift a little during use.Overall, I really like it and use it daily. Good quality for the price.

Product is well made, and just the right thickness. May want to use a towel on top if you sweat a lot, but perfect for stretching and very comfortable on knees and elbows.

Fantastic mat! Thicker and much lighter than most other mats so great for younger children to carry their own mat. Has an easy to use carry strap. Non slippery and the teal was as shown in photo. We are using it for exercising and stretching next to the pool so we love that it’s thicker and non slippery!

This is a replacement for the Gaiam mat my puppies chewed up. It showed up quickly as promised. It is 10mm thick, which is great for me as I have a knee that needs replacement, and has allowed me to continue my yoga for almost a year since the knee diagnosis. You may want something a little thinner for balance, I just step off the mat for balance exercises. It is easy to clean, and I love that they still offered my color! The chewed up mat is being re-purposed as kneeling mats for the garden!
