Would it be easy to dissemble and assemble back again if I have to move ?

It takes some time to assemble ,nearly 40 min...

What is the height of the headboard?

On the full and queen (I have both) the height is about 35.25 in (2ft 11.25 in). The height of the crystal ball and the middle of the headboard from the floor is the same.

Besides the mattress,is there anything else needed?i need

No nothing else. I don't recommend the frame it is cheap and not sturdy.

This bed included the mattress?

No mattress. Please note you can use a mattress without box spring. If you use the box spring with the mattress your height will be higher. Example:(Climbing up to the bed)
