I am taking these pills, but I can not tell they are working.

Trying to decide...mct oil (130 calories tbsp) or these caps. benefits? trying to watch calories

This product is of better quality due to the lack of lauric. Which is c12 and not useful for the reasons most people purchase MCT oils. It's essentially filler, so if a product contains say, more than 1% lauric, you're not getting your money's worth.

Is these capsules better then the oil? Also How many you take a day

Hi! I typically take three at lunch, at work, where the liquid would be inconvenient. The capsules are simple and keep me in ketosis. Mornings and evening, I have one tablespoon in coffee at each. Hope that helps

Questionable as to worth buying

I read stuff about taking coconut oil supplement being good for you so I tried it. At first, I noticed a lack in appetite when taking them so I thought that was a good thing but after taking them for a while this didn't quite pan out. I really didn't see much improvement overall while I was taking them but I have nothing negative to say about them either. Your choice on whether you think its worth taking or not.

Great Product

I have heard all kinds of not so good things about people having lots of side effects after taking Mct oil.I started taking 1 Tablespoon of virgin coconut oil for about 2 weeks before I bought Intentionally Bare MCT gelcaps. The coconut oil was making me feel better and I wanted to supplement more without the calorie load. I took 2 gelcaps with lunch the first day and I could truly feel the difference in energy. It caught me by surprise because I am not use to having that much energy at one time. The next day I took 1 capsule with each meal. I just bought another bottle so I would never run out. I love the feeling!

Hard to swallow

These gelcaps are huge! I have issues damage around the area of my vocal cords from being intubated after an accident. These are so large most of the time they get stuck and I choke on them. If you have any issues with swallowing pills be careful. AAs for how they work I haven’t been on them long enough to tell.
