I’ve taken this for several years now; I’ve decided I can just use it during spring & summer.I wish I knew know it works, but it does! I do continue to use sunscreen when out in the sun, but I NEVER get burned any longer. It’s like I have a great base tan & build in it. My amazing dermatologist recommended this. This is supposed to really help with sun protection on the inside. I haven’t used it for a couple months and I am in a Sun a lot. I have had Skin checks and so far negative. I will keep everybody posted on this supplement. So far so good
