The system is good but packaging sucks one of the rubber rings broke off. I was lucky to be able to get that rubber ring at Home Depot.

no idea why some people are leaving negative reviews,like rusty screws,how do you get rusty screws on stainless??? and poor cheap quality,this thing is well built and incredibly easy to set up,I purchased this and the evolution 1000 and couldn't be happier...absolutely no issues at all.and this is coming from someone that almost never leaves reviews.

its a big cheap filter, and when you use it before reverse osmosis and after a water softener you will see a nice change in the water, while not having to change out reverse osmosis system filters as oftena side note, the wannabe sharkbite fittings on this thing are complete garbage, they break under pressure (so it could flood your house) but if you buy the right sharbite fittings (hydrologic's 1/2" line is the same as Sharkbite's 3/8" line) then youll be fine

Grey union on one side came broken.. cannot find replacement part so cannot use this one..

My review is actually for this system, as I have ordered the 22097 for replacement purposes when itis necessary.Carl.
