I got this for my 12 year old because he is a side sleeper and he's really boney so it's uncomfortable for him to have his boney knees resting against each other. He's also had two hip surgeries and regularly wakes up in the night needing to stretch out his legs and hips due to pain. I was worried it wouldn't work for him because of his size but it's actually a good fit, not too big or too small. It's been about a week and he has slept through the night every night since we got it. He said it's really comfortable and he doesn't seem so stiff and sore in the morning. He does run warm and I think it adds some heat because he wakes up a bit sweaty, next time I'd get the cooling version. The quality seems great, but we'll see how it holds up to a wash. Overall I would highly recommend simply because he's sleeping through the night for the first time in years!

I found myself using a small pillow between my knees when I sleep and went in search of something a little more sturdy. I saw the listing for this pillow and questioned if the unusual shape would be a boon or a bust. Surprisingly, it has been a boon! At first I thought the foam was. bit stiff but it has softened up nicely. The shape has been very effective and I find that I can easily turn over without worrying about the pillow moving.The unanticipated benefit, aside from making my back feel better, is that my hips no linger hurt when I wake up in the morning either! Wonderful results for me!

I bought this pillow when my cousin with scoliosis recommended it as she said it really helped her post surgery with her knees and back. I have had a knee injury for over 10 years and wake up on most days with painful knees. Not anymore after using this pillow. It’s a great fit, provides good support and is quite sturdy. Doesn’t slip too much when one is sleeping but you have to grip it quite tight to ensure it remains in place, wish it had a band. Other than that, I am totally happy with my purchase.

For this short, bow-legged, with knobby-knees this pillow has been wonderful. I can now sleep comfortably on my side. A bonus side effect has been that more sleep positions has improved my recurrent back pain. I have had this for almost a year and it is holding up well. The cover has been washed multiple times.

I bought this pillow almost two months ago. I have hip pain and my knees are skinny and hurt when I sleep. This pillow is AMAZING. It is so comfortable. My whole posture feels better when sleeping. I have short legs and was worried it would be uncomfortable, but it is really comfortable.

I woke up each morning with a backache. I bought this pillow last fall, and within a month or so of use at night, I no longer had the backache. I bought one for my sister recently after she noticed it on the bed. Doesn't have the strap, but I like no strap better because I don't have to undo it when I get out of bed to go to the bathroom. It does stay in place very easily, even when you turn over. I unzip and wash the top in cold water in the washer, and dry on low. It now feels very strange if I try to sleep without it.

Had some terrible hip pain and decided to try using a pillow between my knees. It was a normal one, way too large so anytime I needed to move at night I had to wake enough to readjust. My next one was a body pillow on both sides that was absolutely wonderful -- I didn't have to wake up when turning over to adjust the blankets because there was a pillow on both sides.But eventually I missed all that space in my bed and dumped thr big pillow... and back came my hip pain. I wanted to try something smaller this time but didn't expect to get it right on the first try but this little pillow has been great!It feels a bit small in between my knees but it does the job perfectly. When I move around at night I don't really have to wake up to adjust and somehow it manages to stay with me at the same time.I got the cool gel version and I will say it warms up after a while but cools down if I put it out in the open air for a bit. I also recommend a pillow case for it if you aren't wearing long pajama pants.

Shockingly comfortable and effective. Gently cradles and stabilizes both legs while sleeping on either side. No part overhangs legs, so nothing snags on bedding when rolling over. Perfect thickness to effectively keep top leg aligned with hip. Fabric is soft and non irritating. So much better than a regular sized pillow which makes rolling over extremely difficult.
