I have my reservation with buying beds, don't like how much confusion there is and not knowing what you pay for. I bought this which was recommended by a friend. Been sleeping on it for the last 2 months and it's just great.Shows you don't need to spend fortunes to get a good sleep. I prefer my beds medium to firm and this is great.You can't use both faces of this bed and there are no handles which is the only downside but for the price not complaining.

I initially purchased this mattress for the spare bed when my daughter was coming for a 3 week visit. It was she who told me just 'HOW' comfortable it really was. After her departure, I swapped my (old OK mattress), for the new one. Wow, what a difference. The reason I didn't gave a 4 star status is because the mattress cannot be turned over unlike my previous one however, for comfort sake, it is a winner therefore a 5 star for that. It is soft, welcoming & luxurious whilst the many pockets give it the firm feel. I would highly recommend this mattress.

We have had this mattress for about 3 years now and could not fault it! It has a soft surface layer, however the mattress itself is nice and sturdy. An excellent all-rounder mattress from a renowned brand and cannot be beaten on price!

Amazing value and so comfy to sleep on! I was initially a bit put off by the fact you can feel the springs through the sizes (the sides are not cushioned), but actually having visited bed shops, this is quite usual for the basic grades of mattress. Having said that, you really don't notice it once in use and the mattress is really comfortable. It's on our guest bed. We have slept on it ourselves and we have only received good comments about it from guests too.

Good if you like a really firm mattress (I would descibe them as very firm rather than medium firm). Too hard for me and my wife.

I received this ten minutes ago and am actually lying on it thanks to the wonderful delivery men who put it on my bed for me. I'm a woman living alone so would never have been able to do it alone. It seems quite firm - which is what I was looking for. Will put a further update after sleeping on it a few times.

Absolute bargain. Its well made, very comfortable and feels like a quality matress despite the cheap price. We paid £245 for the king size which was half that of similar products. The matress is medium to firm and may induce back ache like it did with me at first, however the old matress was very soft and after changing to this for several weeks, we both find we are sleeping better and the back ache is gone. Would definately recommend this.

Bought for my son to replace the toddler mattress he has now outgrown which was lumpy... HE LOVES IT!! Can't get him out of bed...so comfy! Great delivery...no handles on the side but small price to pay for great value mattress which is firm yet somehow quite soft and squidgy at the same time. No complaints.
