A very good phone for the money, l have no problems with it.

Great phone, slim and vivid screen, long battery life, great audio output both on headphones or speakers.Slipery screen not always sensitive enough because of that, the camera sometimes freezes and is not fully reliable.

Been a sony phone user for 12 years, always had dependable cheap phones. This is the first time they have let me down! Bought as a replacement for my last Sony phone that lasted over 2 years of pretty rough life as I used to work as a welder. High temperatures, sparks and spatter, being dropped and all. It eventaully had an occasional screen fault that meant 1/3 times the phone didn't respond to touch. The battery also wasn't lasting as long as it used to so I decided it was time for a replacement.As soon as this phone arrived I knew it would be a disappointment. Something inside the phone would rattle/shake as you picked the phone up. The touch screen was worse than my very broken old phone, and the battery didn't last as long either!I thought I'd give it a few months but the frustration continued. Regular crashing and all sorts of other annoyances made me consider going back to my old very broken phone. I've now been forced to go back to my old phone as the charging port on the new one overheated and melted, meaning it's useless. Will try to get a warrantee claim in, but won't hold my breath!How have Sony even been able to release a phone this useless?

The screen is perfect and so is the fone just a bit delayed with the fingerprint but it's fine

Not as good as my last Sony Xperia, on incoming calls you can hardly hear the caller, the sound is very very low, and thats on maximum volume, smaller screen also, but alright for the money I suppose.

The lack of quality shows almost instantly.The microphone 🎤 gave us the ghost the same day I charged it.The device would over heat 🔥 when any task was being undertaken. Apps than wasn't open would flash up and start running in the background. The screen would just stop work freezing leaving you lost and having to restart your phone 📱I have always loved Sony phones going way back to the Sony Walkman phones.Now I'm have to look at other brand like I phone or SamsungCome on Sony your letting us down.Miffed loyal customer.

Still have it and as new. Would defiantly recommend.

The phone arrived on time and in good condition but as soon as I tried using it the performance was worse than my 6 year old Experia. The battery lost charge very quickly, it was slow to recharge, sometimes the touch screen did not respond. I may have been unlucky and got a bad one but I returned this phone as not suitable
