Overall Good product
Nothing to say about the product.Packaging was like new Jean of boby paji. (Even the company packaging)But product was unused.Surprisingly it has higher random read and write speed. Than my Samsung MZVL21T0HCLR, it's almost 6X better.

Performs well in reading, not sure about the writing as mentioned
Good ssd in a good budgetThe reading speed goes till 1600mb which is goodBut i am not getting the desired speed in writingI am only getting 600mb for writingThere are a few reviews you may find where you could see the full speed in writing so i dont know if its only with me or if i am not doing something which others areAt least its still better than a wd which gives both reading and writing speeds lessBut since you wont be continuously writing in the ssd so you may go for itThe boot time now takes less than 10 sec which is value for moneyI wouldnt recommend gaming in it due to less storageGo for at least 256gb if u want a game installed there as wellBut if you buyYou wont regret it

Super speedy!
My lenovo 330s i3 7th gen lap was a pain to operate. The only work i do on it is using Google docs and gmail on chrome and Zoom. I use google docs as Word is unreliable. Even so, my lap crashed often and moved like a geriatric. Reinstalling the os and formatting didn't work. Must have to do with the poor hdd lenovo puts in their laps. The exact same issue happened with another lenovo lap i3 8th gen. With the ssd installed, the device opens up in a jiffy. Software installs and downloads are a breeze. Booting time is in seconds. Delighted!

Good NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD
It's an agressively priced, but good NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD. It is priced almost half of other drives of similar capacity. The drive lacks DRAM, hence the performance is less than other drives having DRAM chip. But they are also much expensive. However, the Transcend SSD Scope software repeatedly failed to clone my HDD to the newly installed SSD. However, I suceeded using Minitool Partition Wizard. Now my laptop has become very fast. However, for even better performance, a NVMe PCIe SSD with a DRAM chip would have helped.Overall, good buy for the price.

Took whole day to find driver for Windows 7, Write speed is only 600MB/s and not up-to 1500.
It took my whole day to find suitable driver for this NVMe disk. There is no any native support for Windows 7. I saw that hotfix was released by microsoft but later they removed hotfix so they can force us to use Win10 however this is Good for Windows 10 because of Win 10 have native support for NVMe. If you will purchase samsung nvme then you can easily find driver on internet for Windows 7.Transcend does not provide driver or even tutorial so you will be need to depend on others brand like Gigabyte, Samsung, etc.I asked to Transcend customer support, They do not provide driver. So I used Gigabyte's "Windows USB Installation Tool" which was compatible with my motherboard and now posting this review from PC which have Transcend TS128GMTE110S NVMe Disk. ;)Write speed is just 600MB/s and not even up-to 1000MB/s so forget about getting write speed up-to 1500MB/s as claimed.

The Best NVME SSD
Transcend (TS512GMTE110S) NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 m.2 Solid State Drive uses a DRAM-less design. Essentially, unlike many SSDs out in the market which has a dedicated (usually DDR3 RAM) cache on the SSD PCB itself, this makes use of the main system memory to hold its system addressing translation tables. This memory cache mode is also known as the Host Memory Buffer, or HMB for short. Of course, because it uses the system memory for data cache, it could be likely that the performance of the system memory could have a direct impact on the performance on this SSD as well.CrystalDiskMark software showed that the Transcend PCIe SSD 110S was able to achieve a sustain sequential read and write speed of 1783.8MB/s and 1516.3MB/s respectively. The drive also performed rather well in 4K tests as well, with acceptable speeds on the different test scenarios regarding 4K transfers. However, we could guess that these are TLC 3D NAND which supports Low Density Parity Check (LDPC). Essentially, to increase the write tolerance of these 3D NAND, LDPC checks for errors and prevents excessive writes on the NAND. This prolongs the lifespan of the SSD, giving it better stability and endurance. The Transcend PCIe SSD 110S performs as marketed on its box. It was able to reach the read and write speeds in excess of 1700MB/s and 1500MB/s respectively.

Excellent
Excellent for the price. Not as fast as my earlier samsung evo but still very respectable read and write speeds. You may use a copper heat sink plate for better heat dissipation and longer life of the ssd.
