Captured video is stuttering and is only black & white
Tried on 3 different windows 10 laptops. The video captured keeps stuttering, and video is black & white only. To make sure, played the same video source on a tv and it was playing just fine.[UPDATE] The replacement item I got was also defective. Video flickers randomly and is black/white. No audio. Atleast the audio was smooth on the previous one.Very poor hardware.

It works I used on Windows 10 to convert 8mm tape videos from Sony TRV 330 to Computer
I am very happy it worked like a gem. I was having Sony TRV 330 Camcoder of 2001 and worried about losing all old memories recorded on tape. But it simply worked used RCA to USB mode and using the provided utility I was able to capture videos.The only issue I faced supporting software came on a small DVD and my laptop did not have DVD player, somehow using old systems and transferred it to USB and then installed. They should provide an online link to download it from the web instead of giving it on DVD.

Picture Quality is very Bad, everything is looking blurry. it's picture quality like old age multimedia keyboard phone.

May be good for Windows 7 and lower.
The media could not be loaded. Product may be good but not compatible with Windows 10 as advertised, I tried lot to get driver from software producer but Honestech. Com not on web, even I tried to find many other web sites, actualy no preview available on app, it was recording but picture was scramble and recorded in fast forward mode. May be hardware have problem or defective device.

Good product for sony handy cam
Works like a charm. I was able to use the product to convert cassata from my 15 year old Sony handy cam and transfer to USB drive. This is a good product if you have old VCR / Handycam
