I’ve been taking these for about 3 weeks. When I began this supplement, I couldn’t look at a computer screen and then look down and remember what I had seen on the screen. Now I do not have that problem. I can read the screen and remember what I saw when look down.

I loved the product. The pills are not large and easy to swallow.

Like some other cardiac patients( I had a heart attack in 2014), my cardiologist has me on Rosuvastatin. In many people, this class of drugs(statins) can cause tendonitis. I was experiencing it and didn't know why until I read about the statin issue and came across a suggestion to take COQ10 while taking a statin. Saw good reviews of this brand, so I bought some. In 1 to 2 weeks it was a 90% improvement. I'm very skeptical about things like this, but this stuff really helped me.
