This stylish automatic watch by Seiko features a clean and simple timepiece. This is a perfect watch for everyday wear. Hidden behind the Seiko Men's Automatic Stainless Steel Watch's classic analog design are high-tech progressive elements like a day and date function in two languages (English and Spanish) and precise 21-jewel Japanese automatic movement, a feature that means this watch never needs batteries or winding; it is powered automatically by the movement of your arm. Time of day is displayed on a blue analog dial that showcases luminous silver-toned hands and luminous silver-toned baton hour markers. The dial also features a day and date window at the three o'clock position, and is protected by a Hardlex crystal and backed by a stainless steel case. Keeping all of this securely on your wrist is a stainless steel link bracelet that closes with a double-push-button fold-over safety clasp. Other features include a custom crown at the four o'clock position and water-resistance to 99 feet (30 meters). P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); From Humble beginnings, Kintaro Hattoris Vision for Seiko has become reality. Looks great, well made, comfortable.
Love the look of it. Feels sturdy and more expensive than it is. Easy to set, easy to resize the bracelet (you can just use a paperclip if that’s all you have). My first automatic watch, making a great impression!

All the Seiko 5 hype is legit
Very happy with my purchase. This is my first non-quartz watch. The blue is the best I've seen, and with slight yellow accents it works well as a dress watch. Totally in love with the face. Holds time well, true to the Seiko 5 reputation. Super light, yet sturdy. The one drawback is that is is just an automatic, not one of Seiko's "kinetics." Meaning that there's no energy storage. So if I skip a day wearing it, be it to swap watches or just lounge over a weekend, I'll have to reset it come Monday morning. Generally about 24 hours or so between taking it off and it stopping altogether. A symptom, though, of the genre, not this specific watch. Give it a few quick shakes and you're back in business. The crown on this is a bit tiny, so it can be a pain to set and I have tiny fingers. If you're happy with that one minor con, you can't go wrong with this watch. Considering a Citizen Eco-Drive as a new daily, but even if I do I'll keep this one around.

A great-looking, well-built automatic watch
I spent a lot of time looking for the "perfect" watch dial and this Seiko is it. The aesthetics of this watch are amazing. It has a handsome blue dial with easy-to-read markings. The yellow second hand and minute numbers provide a good contrast, and the day/date window is large enough to see. (I like having the weekend days in blue/red). Another plus is the clear back which allows you to inspect the movement. Since this is an automatic watch don't expect the same level of accuracy as you would get from a vanilla quartz; however, that being said I still find that it keeps decent time. The stainless steel watch band is of good quality and the watch has a nice, solid feel. I have a smart watch but I still like to wear this one sometimes "just because."PROS: Very good looking watch with simple, classic features and a see-through "exhibition case" back. The "Hardlex" crystal is durable (I've had this for years and no scratches with occasional wear). It's water resistant to 30M. I'm not very fond of those monster-sized watches that are popular these days; this one is perfect.CONS: The automatic movement (self-winds as you move) is reliable, but you'd better wear it all the time to keep it wound or invest in a watch winder. While it survives a few hours off your wrist at night it will definitely run down if you take it off for very much longer. The second hand keeps moving when you pull the stem to set it and that annoys me somehow.

This Seiko SNK615 kinetic watch works accurately like a digital watch!
This SNK615 kinetic watch keeps excellent time, much better than I expected. The only drawback is that it is not too easy to set up week and day in the setting.
