No, it's a disposable razor, so once the blade dulls, you must replace the whole thing. BTW, if you live near a Sally Beauty Supply, they only charge $5 for the Jilbere comb.

wich side is even side wich is choppy side?

The cut comb cuts evenly on both sides. The rounded side fits the shape of the head and is good for cutting large areas. I use the short side for trimming around ears and side burns. The comb is great for short hair styles.
