Highly recommended for turning your dreams into actionable goals! Review: This journal changed my life. ♥️ - This journal changed my life and changed the way I feel about journaling. Historically, when I would start a journal, I wouldn't know where to begin. I never had enough prep work or the right type of guidance and would often give up on the idea that journaling could ever be my thing. This journal is completely different. With Tiffany's coaching, I was able to examine my values, my thoughts and then make sense of my behavior and patterns. Once that connection took place, I was able to start rebuilding my life in a way that felt manageable. It's a weekly process that is easy to maintain and if you miss a week or two, it's not a big deal, you can just pick up where you left off. As a working mom, this is key. My time is so incredibly limited and I need to find value in how I use it or it's not worth the effort. This journal is worth your effort and can easily adapt to a busy schedule and isn't rigid or filled with rules. It's more about deepening your self awareness and finding a flow that works for you. What I loved most about the journal was the weekly use of a Power Statement. The moment I felt myself slipping into a loop of defeating thoughts, I would use my Power Statement as a beacon. It would allow me to reset those thoughts and get me back on track. A simple tool, with big return. For the first time, in what felt like an eternity, I was able to sit with my thoughts and feelings, and piece together a sense of who I am and where I want to go. Talk about a breakthrough. Although this experience left me emotional at moments, it always felt gentle. Tiffany's approach is so benevolent and unassuming, it always felt safe to be real with myself. Because I have so much faith in this journal, I frequently buy it and give it away as gifts. It truly gives YOU the ability to change your life- it's changed mine.

Reflective and Insightful
Great reflection book to keep you moving forward. I bought this for myself, but when I was reading it to my husband, he loved it so much that I gave it to him to use. It made him feel really good and he doesn’t use tools like this, but was very interested in this one. I came back and ordered myself another one. Highly recommended. The questions in this book are different from ones I’ve seen in other books and programs. It opens me up to think more deeply without condemning myself. At the end of every week, there are two pages of questions to answer. They are not long. And might only take five minutes. When we were done, we both felt like the air cleared from the week. There was clear energy and clarity.

Helpful in identifying what gets in the way
I enjoyed this book and have been using it for the past month. I did receive a copy of this book electronically, but purchased the hard copy so that I could actually engage in the activities and prompts and use it as it was meant to be used. After a month I can say it is helpful. I don't always have time, but have tried hard to make time and utilize the journal. My biggest take away is how it has helped me determine what my blocks are and what gets in the way. I am big on solution focus and problem identification and this books helps with just that. It has helped me identify and explore and become curious about what is getting in the way of achieving my goals, and it is done in a way that has me digging deeper. I have enjoyed this guided journal and even purchased for family.

Not enough space to write.
Has some great prompts but not nearly enough room to write each. Many of the prompts also are multipart with no added lines.

Finally I've completed this book. It's simple to use and is a great support if your serious about achieving your goals. Most of the work is mental and a change in mind set. It was quite shocking that my achievements came, completely different to how I had imagined.

I didn't really get into the layout of this book, and I found myself worn out by it. I didn't realise as I started completing it that it was broken into different parts and somehow it just didn't work for me. I think an overview or some sort of obvious section breakdown would have got me more organised but I felt demotivated by it and didn't get past about a quarter of the way in.
